Investment Update: Bookatable acquired by Michelin

We are excited to share the news that portfolio company Bookatable has been acquired by Michelin.

Bookatable is the leading reservation software and online booking platform in Europe, and Michelin is widely regarded, amongst other accolades, as the leading hotel and restaurant reviewer in the world. Prior to the acquisition, the two companies were successful strategic partners since 2013, with Michelin incorporated Bookatable solutions into their offering in France and Germany, and with Bookatable offering consumers the opportunity to book and dine at Michelin-rated restaurants across Europe. It has been a pleasure to work with the Bookatable team, and we with the company all the best with its next chapter under its new global ownership.
