Contentful already helps leading brands such as Shopify, Staples, Atlassian, Electronic Arts, Chanel, Roche, Vodafone and over 30% of the Fortune 500.

According to McKinsey, driven by emerging technology and accelerated in a post-pandemic world, 58 per cent of all customer interactions around the world are now happening in digital environments. The companies that recognise and invest in the resources needed to address this permanent shift toward digital-first engagement will be in a much better position to succeed.

We are living in the digital-first era when every customer journey starts with content. For digital experiences to come alive and meet rising customer expectations, companies must rapidly deliver engaging content that can be delivered at a high scale, on any device.
