Lena joined Balderton's investment team in 2024. She primarily focuses on growth-stage investments.

Prior to Balderton, Lena worked at General Atlantic, where she focused on growth-stage B2B SaaS and consumer internet investments within the DACH region, including AnyDesk and ParshipMeet Group.

Lena began her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. She holds a B.Sc. in International Business Administration from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management.

Lena speaks German and English.
