Fiona joined Balderton as CFO in January 2020. She is responsible for all financial activities at Balderton including reporting to investors and the monitoring of portfolio performance. Fiona is also part of the team at Balderton responsible for driving the firm's Sustainable Future Goals initiatives. 

Prior to joining Balderton, Fiona spent over 16 years at Man Group where she held a number of senior finance roles and most recently was Head of Investor Relations and Business Finance.

Fiona trained with PwC where she audited a wide range of financial services companies including asset managers and venture capital firms.

Fiona studied Engineering, Economics and Management at the University of Oxford and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. As well as the professional experiences above, Fiona is Treasurer and Trustee of the Sick Children's Trust.
