Adrian joined Balderton as Operating Partner in 2021. He has more than 20 years of experience in venture.

Before joining Balderton, Adrian was a Partner at leading global law firm, Goodwin, and prior to that Taylor Wessing, where he headed the venture capital practice.

At Balderton, Adrian works with portfolio companies on initial investments through subsequent fundraises and other key events on the journey to exit. He also works closely with our Limited Partners and looks after the firm’s internal operations.

Adrian has a degree in History from Oxford University and postgraduate qualifications from the College of Law.
