Jen joined Balderton in 2019 from strategic communications firm, Milltown Partners, where she advised clients including Silicon Valley startups, investors and technology giants on communications and public policy challenges.
During her time there, Jen was also seconded to SoftBank Investment Advisers to work on communications for SoftBank's Vision Fund.
Prior to Milltown Partners, Jen spent two years at award-winning PR agency Brands2Life, focusing on B2B tech campaigns.
Jen holds a BA in Theology from Oxford University. She is a French national and a French native speaker.
