Jen joined Balderton in 2019. She is responsible for Balderton's own communications initiatives and supports the firm's portfolio of companies with their communications strategies. Jen is also part of the team at Balderton responsible for driving the firm's Sustainable Future Goals initiatives.
Prior to Balderton, Jen worked at the strategic communications firm, Milltown Partners, where she advised clients including Silicon Valley startups, investors and technology giants on communications and public policy challenges.
During her time there, Jen was also seconded to SoftBank Investment Advisers to work on communications for SoftBank's Vision Fund.
Prior to Milltown Partners, Jen was at award-winning PR agency Brands2Life, focusing on B2B tech campaigns.
Jen holds a BA in Theology from Oxford University. She is a French national and a French native speaker.
