Holly joined Balderton in 2018 and moved into the role of Head of Finance in 2025. She is responsible for overseeing the Fund Accounting activities, including producing the quarterly and annual reports for investors.

Prior to joining Balderton, Holly’s background was in Audit, where she gained experience auditing a large variety of industries, including asset management.

Holly holds a degree in Mathematics and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
