Henni joined Balderton's investment team in 2022.  She is based in London and her primary focus is Nordic investments.

Prior to joining Balderton, Henni was responsible for UK demand generation at HubSpot, the leading CRM platform for scaling businesses.

She has also worked with startups, executing sales and marketing for a 3D optimisation company Umbra, as well as heading a program recruiting Nordic talent to Silicon Valley startups. Henni has strong ties to the Finnish startup ecosystem and has worked with initiatives such as Slush (the leading startup event in the Nordics) & Junction (Europe’s biggest hackathon).

Prior to her tech journey, she was involved in education nonprofits and politics.

Henni studied business (BA) at Aalto University in Finland, majoring in Information and Service Management and speaks native Finnish in addition to English.
