Adam joined Balderton in 2022. He leads the compliance function within Balderton, helping the firm to navigate its regulatory obligations in the UK and globally.

Prior to joining Balderton, Adam was Senior Compliance Manager at Capula Investment Management. He has also held a range of compliance roles at several leading investment firms, including Barings, Janus Henderson, and T. Rowe Price. Adam began his career at the UK’s financial services regulator.

Adam holds a BA (Hons) in International Business, Finance and Economics from the University of Manchester and an MSc in Corporate Governance and Business Ethics from Birkbeck, the University of London.
