KIANA SHARIFI

Kiana is responsible for developing our talent platform and supporting our portfolio companies in building high performing teams.

She previously spent over a decade in Silicon Valley as an entrepreneur, marketer, and executive recruiter.

Through her experiences of founding and working with early stage startups, she has developed a passion for helping founders hire and nurture exceptional talent.

Kiana has a BA in Political Science from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Stanford Business School.
