Mark Livingstone
Mark Livingstone started his career in retail buying and marketing, going on to found and run a games software development and publishing company and working for Lego as its Worldwide Managing Director. Within seven years he took the company into software publishing and TV licensing.
Subsequently he became co-founder and CEO of LOVEFILM, a DVD rental company, which is now Europe’s largest DVD rental company. Following the merger of LOVEFILM and Arts Alliance Media he became its President and led the company into digital delivery of film over the internet and into cinemas.
Through working with venture capital company Balderton, backers of TouchLocal, Mark Livingstone proceeded to work on a new strategy for TouchLocal and joined as CEO in August 2008.
Under his leadership TouchLocal has been recognised by The Sunday Time Tech Track Top 100 in 2010 and again in 2011, as one of the fastest growing private technology companies in Britain. In 2010 TouchLocal was also named as one of Europe's top 50 fastest growing and most innovative digital media companies. Mark Livingstone has a MBA in retail and wholesale and degrees in both marketing and finance.
