Elecsnet owns and operates Russia’s major terminals network for mobile top-ups, money transfers, payment for various services. Over 3,000 own terminals and more than 7,000 third-party ATMs in 15 Russian regions. Making its first terminal and unique software in 2000, Elecsnet de facto created the Russian market of payment terminals and still leads in innovation, quality of service and volume of operations. Elecsnet is vertically integrated: own processing, maintenance of terminals, software development.
