The idea of our spring placement is to introduce individuals with varied skill-sets to the world of venture capital. While working here, they will be meeting new companies, advising our portfolio companies in specific areas, and deep-diving into verticals to help broaden our understanding of emerging sectors in technology

Anne-Kari Mannsaker
Anne is joining from London Business School where she is currently pursuing a MBA degree. Before moving to London, Anne was developing oceanic robots in Aker, heading R&D and engineering teams and delivering new concepts for remote subsea monitoring and operations. Anne started her career within robotics and software development in ABB Switzerland. She holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science from NTNU in Norway.
Saira Gill
Saira spent the past year starting up two business: an AI-driven messaging app to find restaurants on-the-go and office management software. Prior to this, she worked at Groupon UK during the boom years before expanding it across the Nordics as MD. She also has several years of M&A experience and read Psychology and Neuroscience at Cambridge University. Outside of work she is a foodie, yogi and can be found listening to podcasts on long runs.
Haley Murphy
Haley joins from London Business School, where she is currently reading for her MBA. She spent the summer in PMM at PayPal in London. Prior to LBS, she worked in Corporate Development for Lending Club in San Francisco, helping to complete the company's first acquisition and IPO. Previously, she managed partnerships for a small sports rewards app, Enthuse. She holds an B.A. in History from Stanford University.
