Much of it is overstocks and leftovers, which doesn't bother me one bit. There's a limited availability of sizes, and you'll do best if you're small. But where else can you find so much designer wear at enormous discounts?

I found past-season handbags from Lamarthe, a label that's big in France but hard to find here, especially at a decent price.

I've just placed an order for a light green leather Lamarthe bag that's $59 -- I saw another similar-size Lamarthe bag online for more than $200.

A word of warning: The Web site is difficult to navigate. Its layout is confusing and it took me a few minutes to figure out how to change or narrow my searches.

But if that's the price I have to pay for a great purse, I'll do so.
