    The pledge was revealed during the launch of a 16-point plan from independent firm Circle, which officially starts running the Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Cambridgeshire today. Duties including the handover to the night nurse at the end of shift will now take place on wards, to encourage more patient involvement in their own care.
